The role requires 2+ years of payroll and compliance experience, strong knowledge of regulations, proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. 2. Compliance Management: Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations and ensure clients' payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. 3. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.
4. 4. Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.
5. 5. Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more, in a timely manner.
6. 6. Software Utilization: Utilize payroll software and tools effectively to manage payroll tasks efficiently.
