Job summary

CIEL HR in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced End-to-End Payroll Specialist for Indian payroll with 3–4 years hands-on experience. You will manage payroll processes, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate payroll outputs.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll processing, PF/ESI, tax/TDS, and Excel. Immediate joining or within 15 days is preferred, with responsibilities including MIS, audits, and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Indian Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• MS Excel is mandatory for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Handle monthly payroll inputs, salary calculations, deductions and validation.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain leave policies and leave-related payroll processes.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and employees for payroll queries and issue resolution.
• Support payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.

CIEL HR is looking for an experienced End-to-End Payroll Specialist with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in Indian Payroll.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee benefits, taxation, and payroll‑related MIS. Strong Excel skills are mandatory for this role.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Handle monthly payroll inputs, salary calculations, deductions, and payroll validation.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain and implement leave policies and leave‑related payroll processes.
• Handle employee tax calculations and payroll‑related taxation activities.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and employees for payroll‑related queries and issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of payroll activities.
• Support payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in Indian Payroll / End-to-End Payroll
• Strong knowledge of PF and ESI
• Good understanding of leave policies and payroll processing
