Job summary

ALPLA INC. Hyderabad is seeking a payroll and compliance professional to anchor salary processing, ensure timely credit, and manage payroll related compliances across regions.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of work experience, an MBA or equivalent, and strong Excel and Power BI skills. You will audit contract Labour Management pan-India, support digitization projects, and act as SPOC for regional Head Office compliances.

• Good working knowledge of the rules and regulations affecting payroll in the regions
• Conduct audits for contract Labour Management – Pan India
