Otomeyt in Bengaluru is seeking a Payroll & Compliance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in staffing to join the team on site. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and full & final settlements, while handling statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour laws.

The role requires meticulous data reconciliation, timely filings, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in staffing/manpower services
• Strong hands-on knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage payroll deadlines and multiple employee records
