Job summary

Quickbase in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage day-to-day US payroll operations with growing UK and India payroll responsibilities. You will collaborate with global HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while maintaining high employee experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of US payroll administration experience, familiarity with Workday, and strong data analysis and Excel skills.

• Multi-country payroll exposure (UK, India) a plus.
• Experience with Workday payroll and benefits.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and execute end-to-end US payroll each cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll data integrity in Workday, including hires, terminations and changes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for US payroll questions from employees and stakeholders.
• Reconcile payroll data with Finance and support audits.
• Support payroll testing, configuration updates, and process improvements.
• Over time, expand to UK and India payroll responsibilities as the role grows.
