Job summary

Quickbase Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst to own HR technology systems, drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across HR data and processes.

You will manage Workday configuration, security, and data flows while collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or systems administration.
• Hands-on Workday experience in reporting, security roles and permissions, integrations, payroll, and HCM.
• Strong technical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with key internal partners across HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and others.
• High attention to detail and a firm commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience with automation tools, integration platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: Own Workday configuration (HCM, payroll/benefits, advanced comp, talent) and system backlog.
• Security and Governance: Manage roles, permissions, and audit logs for proper access.

This role will be the owner of our HR technology systems and play a critical part in advancing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. You will ensure our systems run seamlessly, data remains accurate, and our team and business gain efficiency through innovative technology.
