Job summary

Quickbase India Private Ltd. in Bangalore, India, seeks a forward-thinking Lead HRIS Analyst to own our HR technology stack, drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, and ensure data remains accurate.

You will oversee Workday, WorkTango and Clara, and partner with HR, IT and Finance to optimize people processes. In this role you will configure HR modules, manage access controls, deliver dashboards for leadership, and help scale our systems as the business grows, while protecting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience in reporting, security roles and permissions, integrations, payroll, and HCM.
• Strong technical aptitude with problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT.
• Experience with automation tools, integration platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday configuration (HCM, payroll/benefits, advanced comp, talent) and backlog.
• Manage roles, permissions, and audit logs for proper access control.
• Build and monitor data connections; own data flow accountability.
• Support automation to replace manual transactions; collaborate with Claude, Workato, and Quickbase.
• Set data ownership and audit cadence; deliver reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Manage third-party implementation and AMS hours to optimize partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Lead HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will be the owner of our HR technology systems and play a critical part in advancing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. You will ensure our systems run seamlessly, data remains accurate, and our team and business gain efficiency through innovative technology. Our technology systems currently include Workday, WorkTango and Clara, our AI assistant powered by Workato.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Workday configuration (HCM, payroll/benefits, advanced comp, talent) and the system backlog driving requests to completion.
• Manage roles, permissions, and audit logs so the right people have the right access.
• Build and monitor connections and keep ownership of every data flow clear.
• Support the team by turning manual, high-volume transactions and replacing them with automation, working with enterprise technology partners on Claude, Workato, and Quickbase.
• Set data ownership and audit cadence and deliver reports and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage third party implementation and AMS hours ensuring we’re optimizing partnership and staying on track.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or systems administration.
• Hands‑on Workday experience in reporting, security roles and permissions, integrations, payroll, and HCM.
• Strong technical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with key internal partners across HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and others.
• High attention to detail and a firm commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience with automation tools, integration platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
