Job summary

Quickbase in Bangalore, India, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage day-to-day US payroll with growing ownership of UK and India payroll, reporting to the Lead Benefits & Payroll Manager in HR. You will work closely with global HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The role requires 3-5 years in US payroll, Workday experience, and strong Excel/data skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore with benefits support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in US payroll administration; multi-country payroll exposure (UK, India) a plus.
• Experience with Workday payroll and benefits.
• Excellent excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Process and execute end-to-end US payroll each pay cycle, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintain payroll data integrity in Workday with hires, terminations, and changes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US payroll questions from employees and stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and support audits.
• Support payroll system testing and configuration updates.
• Over time, take on end-to-end payroll for the UK and India as the role expands.
