Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai seeks a regulatory-focused Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap aligned with RBI directions and NPCI/NBBL guidelines. You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and InfoSec teams to secure approvals and audits and oversee UAT, rollouts, and production releases.

The ideal candidate has BFSI experience, hands-on experience with UPI acquiring and merchant payments, and strong stakeholder management; female candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with RBI directions and NPCI/NBBL regulations.
• Identify and design P2M, merchant payments, cross-border pilots, etc.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pilot learnings to refine product features.
• Ensure compliance with RBI Guidelines/ NPIC frameworks, circulars, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and InfoSec for approvals and audits.
• Support regulatory reporting, feedback, and policy discussions with RBI/NPCI/other stakeholders.
• Own BRDs, functional flows, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with technology, operations, and vendor teams to deliver integrations and enhancements.
• Oversee UAT, rollouts, and production releases.
• Act as single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with RBI, NPCI, fintech partners, wallet providers, OEMs, and internal business units.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across IT, Operations, Branch Banking, Treasury, and Digital Channels.
