Job summary

Spes Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Payment Analyst for US Payment Operations in Bengaluru. Freshers to 5 years of experience will manage US banking and payment processes, including ACH, wires, and card payments, with a focus on accuracy and timely handling.

The role requires knowledge of NACHA, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, and AML/Fraud controls, plus strong Excel skills. US shift 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST and office-based work apply.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 0.6–5 years in US banking or payment operations.
• Hands-on ACH, Wire Transfer, Funds Transfer, Check or Card processing.
• Knowledge of ACH, NACHA, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT and US payment processes.
• Experience in reconciliation, settlement, exceptions, returns, rejects and payment investigations.
• Knowledge of bank account/beneficiary validation, dual controls, fraud risk and OFAC/AML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient Excel and banking/payment portal knowledge.
• Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven operations preferred.
