Job summary

Shahi is seeking a Senior Executive (Pattern Making) in Bengaluru with 8+ years of garment pattern experience to analyze tech-packs, develop base patterns, and manage proto-samples through to customer approval. The role requires strong manual pattern making skills and knitwear knowledge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the tech-pack given by the marketing department.
• Prepare base pattern considering customer needs.
• Organise proto-sample and send to customer for approval.
• Rework proto-sample as per customer feedback.
• Get size set samples prepared and send for approval.
• Prepare pre-production samples based on size set approval.
• Guide cutters regarding size set and allowances.
• Participate in implementing Quality Management System procedures.
• Participate in fire fighting and first-aid training.
• Carry out any other job as per the situation.

• 8. To take active part in implementing Quality Management System as per the documented procedures
