Job summary

Shahi in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an experienced Pattern Master to join our garment manufacturing team. The candidate will develop, modify, and maintain accurate garment patterns for sampling and production, ensuring proper fit, measurements, and quality standards.

The ideal person has SSLC or higher and extensive pattern making experience, including coordination with sampling, CAD, merchandising, and production teams, to deliver precise patterns on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum SSLC or higher is required.
• Extensive experience in pattern making for garments.
• Ability to read design specs and translate into patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare garment patterns according to design specifications and measurements.
• Create and modify patterns for sampling and bulk production.
• Coordinate with the sampling, CAD, merchandising, and production teams.
• Check garment fit, measurements, and pattern accuracy.
• Make necessary pattern corrections based on fit comments and sample approvals.
• Ensure patterns meet the required quality standards and production specifications.
• Support pattern grading and size-set development as required.
• Maintain pattern records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
