Job summary

Shahi Exorts Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru (Arekere) is seeking a Junior Executive - Merchandising with 1–4 years of experience to support merchandising activities and ensure timely material availability for samples.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, maintain quality at the sampling stage, and help generate MIS reports. The role involves preparing production files and learning ERP under senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Textile / Apparel or related specialisation.
• 1-4 years of experience in merchandising or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensures material availability for creation of sample
• Ensures and checks that correct quality is maintained at the sampling stage / initial stage.
• Effectively follows up the target with the concerned department & maintains cordial relationship with all the other depts in the organization
• Maintain cordial relations with all departments
• To assist the merchant to generate required MIS reports and provide the same to the concerned Departments.
• Ensure all submissions are made in proper format, indenting for pattern/markers and samples.
• Make complete production files for production.
• Understand and implement ERP and handle sampling and bulk under the senior's guidance.
