Job summary

Simmydoo Llp in Goa is seeking a Pattern Master to lead pattern development for Womenswear—sleepwear, resortwear, and accessories—and guide production execution. The role centers on turning design concepts into precise, production-ready templates.

You will train cutting, sewing, finishing, and garment construction operators, ensuring quality control through sampling and grading processes and strong attention to fit and finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in pattern development for Womenswear.
• Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready patterns.
• Knowledge of grading and sampling processes.

Responsibilities
