Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking a front desk/ patient care coordinator in Mumbai to assist patients with appointments, registrations, admissions, and discharges. You will coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostic centers, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.

The role requires strong customer service skills, patient relationship abilities, and the capacity to handle queries and multitask in a hospital setting. Shifts may rotate as needed to meet patient flow.
