TransDyne seeks a Patient Registration & Scheduling Associate to handle end-to-end patient intake and appointment coordination for US healthcare clients from our Hyderabad office.

You will capture accurate patient and insurance information, verify eligibility, manage appointments, and communicate scheduling details while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• US Healthcare RCM experience is mandatory.
• Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) preferred; knowledge of multiple EHR/EMR systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, high accuracy in data entry, and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Willingness to work from office only and in US shifts.

Responsabilités

• Collect and update patient demographics, insurance details, and required documentation in the EMR/EHR system.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Inform patients about copays, deductibles, and financial policies; collect copayments when required.
• Handle inbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on provider availability.
• Assign appropriate appointment types and ensure correct provider, specialty, and location selection.
• Provide appointment instructions and send confirmations/reminders via call, text, or email.
• Manage waitlists, fill cancellations, and elevate urgent scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA and compliance adherence.
