Job summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and process-driven associates to support US healthcare providers with clinical and administrative workflows. The role involves working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), chart preparation, medical documentation support, document triage, and healthcare data migration activities.

• Review, organize, and upload medical records into EHR systems
• Perform chart preparation for physicians prior to patient visits
• Support loading notes activities for upcoming patient appointments
• Create and update patient appointments in healthcare systems
• Handle fax triage, document classification, and indexing
• Support EHR migration and data abstraction projects
• Validate patient demographics and clinical documentation
• Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information
• Coordinate with internal quality and operations teams
• Follow HIPAA and client-specific confidentiality guidelines

Desired Skills

• Good written and verbal English communication
