Job summary

Billedright Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced professionals to join the Charge & Payments team in the US Healthcare RCM domain. The role focuses on end-to-end charge entry and payment posting, ensuring accurate processing of charges and payments, and strict adherence to process guidelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing EOBs/ERAs, resolving discrepancies, and handling insurance and patient payments, refunds, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience in US healthcare RCM processes and end-to-end billing cycles.
• Proficient in charge entry and payment posting activities.
• Familiarity with EOB/ERA processes and insurance payments an advantage.

Job description

• Ensure payments are posted correctly against the appropriate accounts and claims.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM, preferably in Charge Entry, Payment Posting, or related processes.
• Good understanding of US Healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD, insurance payments, adjustments, and denials will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
