Job Description
The BD / Partnerships Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Building and scaling strategic partnerships that drive growth and customer acquisition.
- Owning business metrics including acquisition, monetisation, profitability, and program performance.
- Identifying and executing new business opportunities through partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Marketing, Banking Partnerships, Operations, and Analytics teams.
- Managing commercial negotiations and stakeholder relationships with external partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate for this role should have:
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Business, Partnerships, Strategy, Category Management, or Program Management roles.
- Engineering degree from a Tier-1 institution such as IITs, BITS, Top NITs, or equivalent.
- Candidates with an MBA should have graduated from a Tier-1 business school and possess at least 3 years of post-MBA operating experience.
- Experience in B2C startups solving real customer problems, preferably across consumer internet, e-commerce, FinTech, mobility, food-tech, or digital-first businesses.
- Demonstrated ownership of customer acquisition, growth, CAC optimisation, monetisation, scale, or P&L responsibilities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 30 days' notice period are preferred.
