Job summary

Humantic AI is seeking a partnership leader to own and scale the company’s Partnership programme from India. You will partner directly with the Founder/CEO to turn collaborations into revenue drivers across GTM, Channel, ISV and influencer ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have 3-7 years in partnerships or client-facing roles, strong discipline, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with US-time-zone demands.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of work experience in a partnership role or client-facing roles in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work late in Indian evenings due to US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own Humantic AI’s Partnership programme.
• Work directly with the Founder/CEO to drive revenue through partnerships.
• Develop GTM, Channel, ISV, Customer and Influencer/Evangelist partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end partnership activities: pipeline, pursuit support, partner operations, and partner marketing.
• Engage with C‑Suite at partner companies and build stakeholder relationships.

Own Humantic AI’s Partnership programme

Work directly with the Founder/CEO to build the programme into a significant driver of revenue

• Partnerships will include GTM partnerships like Sandler, ISV partnerships like AWS, as well as Channel, Customer and Influencer/Evangelist partnerships
• Responsibilities will have an end to end span including Pipeline creation, Pursuit Support, Partner operations management, Partner marketing and more
• Engage with the C‑Suite at Partner companies and build relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements

What Really Matters

Between 3-7 years of work experience in a partnership role (preferred), or client-facing roles in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success

• Both less and more experience will not be desirable - less means you will likely not be able to work independently in our environment and more means you probably haven’t grown fast enough in your career to match the gruelling pace at which we prefer to work
• Extremely high levels of agency and dogged determination, but with a high-level of discipline and structure
• The ability to work late into the night (if you are in India), given that most of our partners and customers are in the US
