This founding leadership role focuses on mobilizing capital from Family Offices, LPs, HNIs, UHNIs, and wealth clients, with equity participation and carry aligned to long-term venture success.

You will shape the fund's capital strategy, anchor marquee investors, and represent the fund at industry events, building investor confidence and a diversified base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising initiatives across multiple investor types.
• Proven ability to structure and close commitments with timelines.
• Strong network within family offices, LPs, HNIs and wealth clients.

Role Overview

This is a founding leadership opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional with a proven track record of mobilizing capital from Family Offices, Limited Partners, HNIs, UHNIs, and Wealth Clients.

The Partner Fundraising will work closely with the founding team to:

• Shape the fund’s capital strategy
• Anchor institutional and marquee investors
• Build credibility and long-term investor confidence

This role goes far beyond execution—it offers equity participation, carry, and an elevated designation, aligned with the long-term success of the venture.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Fundraising & Capital Mobilization

• Lead end-to-end fundraising for current and future funds across:
  • Family Offices
  • Limited Partners (LPs)
  • HNIs / UHNIs
  • Wealth Management & Private Banking channels
• Structure and close commitments, ensuring alignment with fund thesis and timelines
• Build a diversified and stable investor base

Investor Relations & Network Building

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic investors
• Act as a trusted face of within the investor ecosystem
• Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, pitch sessions, and networking forums

Strategic Partnership & Fund Positioning

• Work with founders to refine the fund’s narrative, positioning, and value proposition
• Contribute to fund strategy, growth roadmap, and expansion plans
• Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to strengthen fund credibility

Leadership & Governance

• Operate as a core member of the founding leadership team
• Support governance, compliance, and best practices expected by institutional investors
• Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and closed-door forums
