Job summary

Orchids The International School is seeking a Part-Time Event Executive to represent the school at malls, exhibitions, and community events. You will engage children and parents, manage on-site activities, and help promote the school’s curriculum and offerings.

The role targets energetic college students or freshers with strong English and local language skills, and a willingness to travel within the city for events. Earn incentives and experience letters while learning event management.

Qualifications

• College students, graduates or freshers.
• Excellent communication in English and at least one Indian language.
• Comfortable interacting with children and parents.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned event venues as per the schedule.
• Ensure the complete event setup is ready before the event begins.

• Generate interest and encourage visits to nearest Orchids branch.
• Coordinate movement, setup, dismantling and handling of event materials.

• Work with Events team for smooth execution and objectives.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the Orchids brand.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Event Executive, you will represent Orchids The International School at malls, exhibitions, residential communities and other promotional events, ensuring seamless execution while creating engaging experiences for children and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the complete event setup is ready before the event begins.
• Execute on-ground promotional and engagement activities.
• Conduct and manage fun activities for children, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
• Interact confidently with parents and introduce them to Orchids The International School, its curriculum and key offerings.
• Generate interest and encourage parents to visit the nearest Orchids branch.
• Coordinate the movement, setup, dismantling and safe handling of event materials and equipment.
• Ensure branding elements and activity zones are maintained throughout the event.
• Work closely with the Events team to ensure smooth execution and achieve event objectives.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the Orchids brand positively at all times.
