he Valet Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and professional valet parking services to customers visiting the jewellery showroom. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with vehicle parking and retrieval, maintaining vehicle safety, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with the luxury standards of the jewellery showroom. The position plays an important role in enhancing customer convenience, showroom hospitality, and first impressions during customer visits.

Responsibilities

Customer Greeting & Valet Service Welcome customers courteously upon arrival at the showroom. Assist customers with valet parking and vehicle retrieval services. Provide prompt and professional assistance to ensure smooth customer experience. Handle customer vehicles carefully and responsibly. Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times. Vehicle Parking & Safety Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles within designated parking areas. Ensure proper handling and secure parking of vehicles. Follow traffic rules, parking regulations, and company safety guidelines. Inspect vehicles for visible damage before parking and report concerns if necessary. Ensure vehicle keys are handled securely and returned correctly to customers. Parking Area Management Monitor parking availability and coordinate vehicle movement efficiently. Ensure parking areas remain organized and congestion-free. Coordinate with security personnel during peak customer hours and events. Assist in managing vehicle flow during festive seasons, exhibitions, and promotional events. Customer Assistance & Hospitality Assist customers with directions, entry support, and basic showroom guidance when required. Support elderly customers and VIP guests with courteous assistance. Maintain high grooming and hospitality standards in line with luxury retail expectations. Provide umbrella assistance or basic support during adverse weather conditions if required. Compliance & Security Follow showroom security procedures and valet parking SOPs. Ensure confidentiality and safety of customer belongings and vehicle information. Report suspicious activities or parking-related incidents immediately to management or security. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during duty hours.
