CivilArch Group is seeking a skilled Panel Saw Operator in Lucknow to cut wood panels, plywood, MDF, laminates and other sheet materials according to precise production drawings. You will read layouts, adjust machines, and ensure accuracy with various measuring tools to minimize waste.

The role requires familiarity with panel cutting software, strict safety practices, and hands-on maintenance routines to support smooth production and high-quality results. The position is full-time from Lucknow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating panel saw machines for plywood, MDF and laminate sheets.
• Ability to read cutting lists, layouts and production drawings with high accuracy.
• Proficient use of measuring tools and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate panel saws to cut plywood, MDF, particle board and laminates per production drawings.
• Set up and adjust blade height, fence alignment, and cutting depth for accuracy.
• Interpret cutting plans and ensure materials are cut to required dimensions.
• Measure panels with tape, steel rule, square for precision and minimal waste.
• Use panel optimization software to plan efficient layouts and reduce waste.
• Load/unload panels safely and handle materials to prevent damage.
• Inspect finished panels for size, edges and quality.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of panel saws.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with carpenters and supervisors to ensure timely production.
• Maintain production records, cutting reports and material usage logs.
• Identify and report machine issues to maintenance promptly.
• Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
