Job summary

White Force Outsourcing Services in India is seeking a skilled operator to manage day-to-day paint shop and powder coating operations, ensuring smooth production and high-quality finishes.

You will monitor surface preparation, coating processes, thickness, adhesion, inspect for defects, and coordinate with production and quality teams to improve processes while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surface preparation, cleaning, degreasing, and pretreatment processes.
• Handle and monitor paint application and powder coating activities to achieve the required finish.
• Ensure proper coating thickness, paint adhesion, uniformity, and overall surface finish quality.
• Inspect finished components for defects such as scratches, bubbles, orange peel, pinholes, uneven coating, and paint peeling.
• Monitor oven temperature, curing time, and other critical coating process parameters. Ensure compliance with quality standards, production targets, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Support rejection control, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain production records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines, 5S practices, and housekeeping standards.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, reduced material wastage, and improved coating quality.
