Job summary

Polyplastics Group is seeking a manufacturing professional to oversee the Paint Shop operations in our facility. You will be responsible for daily production execution in alignment with the production plan and targets, managing Pre-Treatment, E-Coat, Primer, Sealer, Paint Booth, Oven and Top Coat stages.

You should have strong knowledge of automotive finishes and paint processes, and be adept at monitoring process parameters, output, and quality metrics such as OEE and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive finishes, paint and coating applications.
• Experience with paint shop equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with production planning and targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Ability to monitor process parameters, output, and quality metrics such as OEE, cycle time, rejection and rework.
