Job summary

Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a Paint Shop Technician to manage daily production on the conveyorized spray nano coating pretreatment line. The role requires programming knowledge of the paint shop and the ability to troubleshoot the Gema CM-40 system, with SAP and Excel proficiency to monitor performance.

Emphasis on 5S, WIP control, and continuous process improvements. The candidate will focus on achieving production targets while minimizing scrap and maintaining factory

Qualifications

• Knowledge of paint shop programming and operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot paint shop equipment (Gema CM-40).
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day paint shop production to meet targets.
• Operate conveyorized spray nano coating pretreatment line.
• Utilize manpower efficiently and maximize machinery productivity.
• Maintain 5S on shop floor and ensure orderly operations.
• Reduce scrap and improve process to lower costs.

Job description

1. Should Posses and Programming knowledge of Paint shop
2. Able to Trouble shooting of Paint shop Gema CM-40, Pretreatment & ETP process
3. Responsible to handle day to day Paint Shop production to achieve production targets & factory targets.
4. To handle conveyorized Spray Nano coating pretreatment line
5. Effective utilization of manpower, Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
6. Should knowledge of SAP and Excel.
7. To control WIP & Productivity improvement & Process improvement.
8. Responsible to clear the process rejection on daily basis & improvement to minimize the scrap cost per appliance, Responsible to maintain 5S on shopfloor
9. Responsible to verify and maintain CTP/CTQ parameter
