Job summary

Rishikesh Structural in Gujarat seeks an experienced Paint Manager to lead painting for PEB structures, structural steel components, and industrial projects. You will drive end-to-end coating operations, ensure DFT compliance, and oversee surface preparation, blasting, and protective coatings.

The role requires hands-on expertise in industrial painting systems, project planning, and safety standards, with responsibility for training crews and coordinating with production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in PEB Structures, Structural Steel Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, Steel Buildings, or EPC Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Airless Spray Painting and coating systems.
• Familiarity with surface preparation, blasting, and DFT measurement.
• Experience in supervising manpower and production planning.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards for steel structure painting.
• NACE / FROSIO coatings inspection certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end painting operations for PEB structures and structural steel components.
• Plan and monitor daily production targets to meet dispatch schedules.
• Ensure compliance with painting specifications, DFT requirements, and coating standards.
• Supervise surface preparation activities including blasting and cleaning.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams.
• Lead and train painting supervisors, operators, and contract manpower.
• Monitor paint consumption, wastage control, and inventory management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of painting equipment and spray systems.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain documentation as per customer requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and company compliance standards.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Paint Manager to lead and manage painting operations for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Structures, Structural Steel Components, and Industrial Projects.

The candidate should have strong expertise in industrial painting systems, surface preparation, blasting, protective coatings, quality control, and workforce management within a structural steel or PEB manufacturing environment.

This role requires a hands-on professional capable of ensuring high-quality coating applications, timely project execution, and adherence to safety and industry standards.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Surface Preparation & Shot Blasting
• DFT Measurement & Quality Inspection
• Industrial Protective Coatings
• Paint Shop Operations
• Experience in handling manpower and production planning.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards related to steel structure painting.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
• NACE / FROSIO / Coating Inspection Certification will be an added advantage.
