Job summary

Planet Media India is seeking a motivated Paid Ads Executive with about 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will focus on performance marketing, optimization, audience targeting and performance analysis.

Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring campaigns, keyword research, budget allocation, and weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Good understanding of PPC, SEM, SMM and digital marketing concepts.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign reporting tools.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, campaign structuring, and budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to achieve campaign objectives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly paid advertising performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain campaign documentation and ensure campaigns are aligned with client/business objectives.
• Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
