Job summary

Elmech in Raipur, India is seeking a motivated Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations and ensure dispatch targets are met. You will supervise packing lines, verify labeling, quantities and product identification, and coordinate with production and quality teams.

You will monitor packing quality, minimize damage and wastage, plan customer order dispatches, and manage manpower, loading/unloading, documentation and workplace safety.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should preferably be a male, less than 45 years of age with own vehicle. He should be good at managing people and processes so that productivity improves. He should be capable of ensuring that targets and timelines are met as per schedule.
