• On-Floor Client Interfacing: act as primary contact with RKFL VII stores and dispatch heads.

• * Reporting to: Operations Director / Head of Production & Execution

Executive Summary

We manage advanced returnable packaging and material handling loops for premier industrial clients. We are seeking a metric-driven Packaging Operation Site-In-Charge to completely own our on-site packaging management, loading, and logistics operations deployed at the RKFL VII unit in Dungi. This leader will be fiercely accountable for maintaining zero-delay dispatches, driving down per-pallet labor costs, and executing flawless container packing, lashing, and tracking to eliminate customer complaints.

Core Areas of Ownership

• * On-Time Dispatch Execution: Ensure 100% adherence to daily client dispatch schedules. Coordinate active loading queues to eliminate staging bottlenecks and detention times.
• * Container Loading & Lashing: Oversee high-volume container stuffing, securing, and heavy-duty structural lashing. Guarantee transit safety and absolute compliance with overseas and domestic transit rules.
• * Defect-Free Output: Inspect and approve loaded configurations to prevent component damage, completely eliminating packaging-related customer complaints.
• * Workforce Command: Supervise, train, and deploy blue-collar labor and loading teams across multiple shifts, maintaining a strict 9:00 AM operational rhythm.
• * Per-Pallet Labor Costs: Drive shop-floor productivity tracking to continuously reduce the labor cost incurred per packed/dispatched pallet.
• * MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking dashboards. Log throughput metrics, asset turnaround loops, and labor efficiency charts.
• * On-Floor Client Interfacing: Act as the primary single point of contact on the RKFL VII floor. Resolve daily operational friction alongside the client’s stores and dispatch heads.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• * Domain Experience: 4–8 years of direct experience leading on-site packaging yards, container loading operations, industrial export packaging, or heavy engineering shipping departments.
• * Technical Packaging Mastery: Hands-on background in industrial packaging materials, modern container stuffing methodologies, lashing/choking techniques, and center-of-gravity balances for heavy cargo.
• * Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong command over operational numbers (MIS) and deep experience managing piece-rate or contract labor deployments to control cost-per-unit variances.
• * Availability: Prepared to operate permanently on-site at RKFL VII, Dungi, aligning hours dynamically with active plant dispatch windows.
