Job summary

Purpos Planet (A part of Mcnroe) is seeking a Packaging Development Executive to support packaging innovation and development for new and existing products in the FMCG/Beauty sectors. You will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, vendors, and production teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality packaging solutions.

The role requires 2-5 years of packaging development experience, knowledge of molding, glass, and flexible packaging, and a willingness to travel for business needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Packaging Development / relevant field (IIP preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in FMCG/Beauty industry.
• Knowledge of packaging materials such as molding, glass, and flexible packaging.
• Understanding of packaging processes, quality standards, and vendor coordination.
• Open to frequent outstation travel as per business requirements.

• Assist in packaging material selection and cost optimization.
• Prepare packaging specifications (PM specs) and maintain SOPs.
