This role will focus on identifying new packaging technologies, improving product presentation, and working closely with vendors to develop high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in food packaging
• Work closely with packaging vendors to develop and finalize designs
• Coordinate for sample development, prototyping, and print approvals
• Ensure packaging meets quality, durability, and regulatory standards
• Optimize packaging for cost, efficiency, and sustainability
• Collaborate with category, design, and supply chain teams
• Improve packaging aesthetics and customer experience
• Troubleshoot packaging-related issues and implement improvements
• Maintain documentation and specifications for all packaging formats
