LT Foods Ltd is seeking a packaging professional who can combine technical expertise, innovation and sustainability to develop packaging solutions that perform, reduce costs and add value. The role involves taking packaging from concept to commercialisation and experimenting with new materials and structures to solve technical challenges while driving sustainable and cost-effective packaging.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in Packaging Technology or Material Science

Formación

• Post graduate in Packaging Technology (IIP/CPET) or Material Science.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Food or Packaging Converters.
• Experience preferred in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Flexible & rigid packaging development and optimisation.
• Packaging trials, testing and technical validation.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of packaging issues.
• Exploring new materials, structures and packaging innovations.
• Cross-functional collaboration from development through commercialisation.
