Job summary

Magnon Group in Bangalore is seeking a Packaging Designer – Artwork & Print Production with 3–5 years of experience to support global packaging and brand communication initiatives for our Fortune 250 clients. You will create and adapt packaging artworks across multiple SKUs, prepare print-ready files with die-lines, bleeds, color specs, and ensure compliance with global packaging standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Packaging Design / Artwork Production.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Good understanding of print production and prepress workflows.
• Experience working on packaging for FMCG, consumer products, lubricants, chemicals, industrial, or related sectors is preferred.
• Exposure to GLM (Global Label Management) workflows/tools is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and file organization practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on artwork versioning, localization, and content updates

• Conduct quality checks for packaging layouts before final release
• Support prepress and production processes to ensure error‑free execution
• Manage multiple packaging adaptation projects within timelines
