We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer - Packaging with 2+ years of experience to manage the complete packaging development lifecycle—from concept and AI-assisted packaging design to production. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an understanding of packaging materials and print production, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and printing vendors to deliver high‑quality packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and visually appealing product packaging aligned with brand guidelines.
  
• Manage the complete packaging development process from concept to production.
  
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate ideas, optimize designs, and enhance creative workflows.
  
• Create packaging artwork for cartons, labels, pouches, sleeves, and other packaging formats.
  
• Select suitable packaging materials based on product requirements, functionality, sustainability, and cost.
  
• Coordinate with printing vendors and packaging suppliers to ensure accurate execution and timely production.
  
• Review proofs, monitor color accuracy, and approve print samples before mass production.
  
• Perform quality checks throughout the packaging development process and resolve production-related issues.
  
• Brainstorm new packaging concepts, finishes, and innovative design solutions.

Requirements
