Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Packaging Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in packaging design and print production, with the ability to translate brand requirements into innovative and technically sound packaging artworks. The role requires close coordination with production, marketing, and external vendors to ensure high‑quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Design & Artwork Development
  • Develop innovative and commercially viable packaging designs for cartons, labels, carry bag, and corrugated boxes.
• Print & Production Coordination
  • Prepare print‑ready files with accurate dimensions, colour profiles, and specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with production, pre‑press, and vendors to ensure design feasibility.
  • Ensure adherence to printing standards and quality benchmarks.
• Brand & Compliance Management
  • Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, statutory norms, and packaging regulations.
  • Maintain consistency across product lines and client portfolios.
  • Systematically maintain artworks of various products across all clients.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work with marketing, sales, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Guide junior designers and provide creative direction when required.

  • Review final outputs to ensure accuracy and quality before production.
