Responsibilities

• Champion brand’s visual guidelines and identity across all creative work (digital, e-commerce, print).
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Use appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
• Collaborate with business leaders, copywriters, and content managers to ensure final designs align with brand image.
• Prepare briefs and present design ideas to relevant stakeholders.
• Adapt graphics across various formats and placements.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 4-7 years as a professional designer (experience on global beauty/FMCG/Skincare brands is a plus).
• Proven experience in a professional digital design role.
• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
• Solid knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
