Role Overview

We are seeking a talented creative designer to develop high‑end digital designs from scratch and deliver diverse projects across multimedia and graphic platforms. The designer will create assets for advertising, emails, social media, interactive displays, and e‑commerce content using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. The goal is to produce content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Champion brand visual guidelines and apply them across all creative work.
• Conceptualise visuals based on project requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Select appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
• Collaborate with business leaders, copywriters, and content managers to ensure designs align with brand identity.
• Prepare briefs and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Adapt graphics for various formats and placements.
• Revise designs based on feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 4‑7 years of professional design experience, preferably with global beauty/FMCG/Skincare brands.
• Proven experience in a digital design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and past digital design work.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent presentation skills for design concepts and campaigns.
