Job summary

Jobtailor in Gurugram is seeking a Packaging Data Coordinator to assist in collecting, recording, and organizing packaging specifications from customers, suppliers, and the internal development team. You will help ensure data accuracy and assist in RFQ readiness.

The role requires hands-on experience with CAD, Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office, plus strong data management skills and fluent English. You will collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain up-to-date specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-material packaging.
• Experience with CAD, Adobe Creative, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of material substrates and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in data management.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Collect and record packaging specifications from customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Check and verify files (specifications, CAD, PDFs, Excel) against quality standards.
• Upload, classify, and organize approved files in databases/systems.
• Support data consolidation and categorization of customer information.
• Prepare and anonymize data for RFQ processes.
• Provide technical data support for procurement and other functions.
• Monitor KPIs for packaging data accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify received files (specifications, CAD, PDFs, Excel sheets, etc.) against quality standards with guidance from senior team members.
• Upload, classify, and organise approved files in the agreed database/system.
• Support in consolidating and categorizing customer data.
• Assist in preparing and anonymizing data for RFQ processes.
• Provide technical data support for procurement and other functions.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs related to packaging data accuracy and timelines.

Requirements
