Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and maintain seamless operations is a key aspect of the daily routine.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience in configuring and managing ITOM modules to support operational workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms within ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to packaged or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Capability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to maintain stability and scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
