Accenture Pune is looking for a Strategic Program Lead who will identify strategic focus areas, craft plans to deliver key projects and programs, and drive the execution to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will coordinate across teams, manage stakeholders, and continuously monitor progress to adapt plans as priorities evolve.

The role requires deep CMDB experience within ServiceNow, strong problem solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience in managing and maintaining accurate configuration data to support IT service management processes.
• Ability to analyze complex system relationships and dependencies to improve configuration accuracy and integrity.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to configuration management and database integrity.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
