Job summary

Koch is seeking a P2P Continuous Improvement & Transformation Specialist in Bengaluru. You will drive excellence across the Procure-to-Pay value stream, partnering with Finance, Procurement, and Technology to identify opportunities, strengthen controls, and implement digital solutions that create measurable business value.

You will lead process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation, and translate requirements into technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Technology, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services with strong P2P/I2P process experience.
• Experience supporting internal controls, audit programs, remediation activities, evidence validation, and governance requirements.
• Experience leading process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives within finance operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, including workflows, reporting, and business process dependencies.
• Experience defining, monitoring, and improving operational KPIs, service metrics, and performance scorecards.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across invoice processing, payments, supplier enablement, vendor master data, and exception management processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies, control risks, and automation opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Internal Finance Controls and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, support audits, and drive remediation activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement workflow enhancements, automation capabilities, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements, process rules, and control frameworks into functional solution designs and technology improvements.
• Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness activities, and successful deployment of new capabilities.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, SOPs, process maps, control frameworks, and operational standards.
• Monitor and improve key P2P performance metrics using internal targets and external benchmarks to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Support change management, adoption, training, and post-implementation stabilization activities across global teams.
• Build effective partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Internal Controls, Business, Product, and Technology organizations to create long-term value.

Your Job

As a P2P Continuous Improvement & Transformation Specialist, you will help drive excellence processes, controls governance, and technology-enabled transformation across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) value stream. In this role, you will partner with Finance, Procurement, Internal Controls, Product, and Technology teams to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen operational performance, enhance compliance, and support the implementation of innovative digital solutions that create measurable business value.

Our Team

The Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) team is responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable finance operations that support Koch businesses globally. We work closely with finance leaders, shared service teams, business partners, and technology teams to continuously improve processes, strengthen controls, and leverage automation and digital solutions to improve outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline.


• 12+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) process experience.


• Experience supporting internal controls, audit programs, remediation activities, evidence validation, and governance requirements.


• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, or automation initiatives within finance operations.


• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, including workflows, reporting, and business process dependencies.


• Experience defining, monitoring, and improving operational KPIs, service metrics, and performance scorecards.


• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Master's degree in a related field or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent process improvement certifications.


• Experience with OCR technologies, intelligent automation, workflow solutions, Agentic AI, Sema4 platforms, or similar finance transformation technologies.


• Experience with UAT planning, test scenario development, defect management, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.


• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, PQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.


• Experience working across global teams in a matrixed business environment.


• Ability to create training materials, change management plans, and knowledge-sharing resources that support sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies.
