Job summary

Koch Industries is seeking a SAP Delivery Manager to lead the KGSI SAP RTR team and drive transformation across FP&A processes. You will mentor SAP finance professionals, build partnerships with finance stakeholders, and shape roadmaps for technology-enabled business solutions.

Based in India with global collaboration, you will champion automation and AI adoption while ensuring governance, compliance, and operational excellence across SAP finance platforms and integrations.

The SAP Delivery Manager will be a part of the Business Segments Delivery Team for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. KGS, India is being developed to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KGS rapidly scales up its operations in India, it’s employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the KGS over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. This role is a part of the Georgia-Pacific team within the KGS. GP is completely owned by Koch Industries.

Our Team

SAP Delivery Manager will report to the SAP Delivery Leader of the KGS and will be a part of an international team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. KGS, India is being developed to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop the KGSI SAP RTR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and grow SAP Finance talent through capability development, cross-skilling, and succession planning.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on technology-enabled business solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to define priorities, roadmaps, and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Oversee SAP RTR processes including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, financial close, reporting, and related integrations.
• Own delivery of SAP Finance support, enhancements, projects, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and innovation across Finance operations and SAP platforms.
• Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business outcomes and user productivity.
• Provide functional leadership for SAP Finance solutions with deep expertise in COPA and Product Costing.
• Support profitability, cost management, and financial decision-making through effective use of COPA and Product Costing capabilities.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective service management, issue resolution, and SLA performance.
• Support period-end close activities to ensure system stability and business continuity.
• Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and business teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Provide strategic leadership while maintaining appropriate functional oversight of SAP Finance solutions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Leadership & Business Partnership

• Proven experience leading SAP Finance/RTR teams within a global delivery model.
• Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with Finance and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to lead organizational change, drive adoption of new capabilities, and promote a business-partner mindset within support teams.
• Experience developing and mentoring SAP professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

SAP Finance Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and integrations
• 10-14+ years of SAP Finance experience with expertise across core finance processes.
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Product Costing
• Experience with AI, automation, and analytics technologies that enhance Finance processes and business outcomes, is highly desirable.

Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Experience managing global production support organizations, including incident management, service delivery, and SLA compliance.
• Proven track record of driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with delivery of strategic initiatives and business transformation programs.
