Job summary

Koch is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Enablement Analyst to support global supplier onboarding and master data operations. You will ensure supplier information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal controls while delivering timely and professional support to both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

You will join the Finance & Procurement operations team, collaborating with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Compliance, and business partners to ensure a compliant supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supplier enablement, vendor master data, accounts payable, or procurement operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality.
• Working knowledge of supplier onboarding processes and related systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate creation, validation, and maintenance of supplier records across ERP and master data systems.
• Safeguard company operations by applying strong internal controls, compliance checks, and risk-based validations.
• Manage supplier onboarding and change requests while ensuring adherence to documentation and policy requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies, investigate exceptions, and proactively mitigate risks related to supplier data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance teams to drive issue resolution.
• Deliver high-quality stakeholder experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation and validation trails.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier enablement processes and efficiency

Our Team

You will be part of the Finance & Procurement operations team, supporting global supplier enablement activities. The team collaborates closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Compliance, and business partners to ensure seamless and compliant supplier lifecycle management.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in global or cross-functional work environments
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, risk-based validation, and supplier compliance controls
• Exposure to banking and tax validation processes
• Familiarity with case management or workflow tools (ServiceNow, APEX, EBX, etc.)
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives
