Job summary

Masters' Union in India is seeking an Outreach professional to enhance student journeys beyond academics. You will plan and execute campus initiatives, engage with students, faculty, and internal teams, and resolve concerns to boost satisfaction and community building.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in student experience, program management, campus engagement, events or community management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination and execution abilities.
• Ability to handle student concerns with empathy, maturity and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and student-centric environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during events and key program activities.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with colleges, faculty, student bodies, clubs and societies across India.

• Conceptualizing and independently executing events, workshops, competitions and other campus initiatives.
• Owning the entire journey - from identifying an opportunity and pitching the idea to stakeholders, to executing it on-ground.
• Representing Masters' Union across college campuses and student communities.
• Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of prospective students.
• Working closely with internal teams to turn outreach opportunities into meaningful student engagement and admissions outcomes.
• Tracking partnerships, events, student engagement and outreach performance.

About the Role

As an Outreach professional, you will play a key role in creating a seamless, engaging and enriching student journey beyond academics. You will work closely with students, faculty and internal teams to plan and execute student initiatives, manage campus engagement, resolve student concerns and create meaningful experiences that contribute to student satisfaction and community building.
