Qualifications

• HSC or Graduate qualification (any stream).

• Ability to work on US night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM IST).
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.

Responsibilities

Role Overview We are urgently hiring Pre-Authorization freshers for our Navi Mumbai office to handle insurance pre-authorization requests and claims processing. This is a full-time position working on the US night shift, ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal BPO experience looking to launch their career in healthcare operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and validating pre-authorization requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities • Process and validate pre-authorization requests from healthcare providers and insurance companies • Review medical documentation and verify eligibility criteria for claim approval • Communicate with healthcare facilities and patients regarding authorization status and requirements • Enter and maintain accurate data in designated healthcare management systems • Ensure compliance with insurance protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and company quality standards • Meet daily processing targets and quality metrics as assigned • Escalate complex cases to senior team members or management as required • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and insurance information • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on authorization status
