Job summary

Hi Tours Group's Hi DMC India division is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. You will oversee end-to-end international outbound operations from booking confirmations to departures, coordinating with hotels, transfers, sightseeing, guides, and flights for global destinations.

You will work with international DMCs, hotels and suppliers to secure rates and confirmations, prepare itineraries and costings, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in International Outbound Travel Operations.
• Hands-on experience in international hotel reservations and ground handling.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international outbound operations from booking confirmation to departure.
• Handle hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides, flights for international destinations.
• Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, suppliers and overseas partners for rates and confirmations.
• Prepare and review costings, itineraries, booking confirmations and operational documents.
• Negotiate with suppliers and DMCs for competitive rates and availability.
• Monitor confirmed bookings and departures for timely service delivery.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and last-minute operational issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracting, Finance and other teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor costs and ensure departures stay within budgets and margins.
• Manage operations team, ensuring follow-up and timely closure of bookings.

As a key part of a growing B2B travel business, Hi DMC India partners with agencies to provide tailor‑made FIT and group experiences, curated itineraries, strong supplier relationships, and seamless contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international outbound operations from booking confirmation to final departure.
• Handle hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides, flights and other travel services for international destinations.
• Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, suppliers and overseas partners for rates, availability, confirmations and service delivery.
• Prepare and review costings, quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations and operational documents.
• Negotiate with suppliers and DMCs to obtain competitive rates and ensure availability as per client requirements.
• Monitor all confirmed bookings and departures to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, special requests and last‑minute operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracting, Finance and other internal teams for seamless execution of tours.
• Monitor operational costs and ensure departures are executed within approved budgets and company margins.
• Manage and guide the operations team, ensuring proper follow-up, documentation, system updates and timely closure of bookings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in International Outbound Travel Operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience in international hotel reservations and ground handling.
• Good knowledge of international destinations, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and activities.
• Experience working with DMCs, overseas suppliers and international travel partners.
• Strong understanding of FIT, Group and MICE operations.
• Excellent costing, negotiation, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple international bookings and departures simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and written English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle last‑minute changes and operational escalations.
