Senior Recruiter – Head of Operations (Travel & Tourism)

Designation: Inbound Head, Head Operations – Inbound

Experience: 12-20 Years (Travel Only)

CTC: 15-18 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and budget targets.
• Develop strong relationships with hashtag#FrontlineTour Operators (FTOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs) to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and past performance to innovate and design compelling travel itineraries and programs.
• Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing processes, managing supplier/vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Drive product development focused on creativity, unique experiences, and customer preferences.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering cohesiveness, professional growth, and accountability.
• Monitor financial metrics including revenue targets, GOP, cost control, and ensure minimal operational losses.
• Maintain strict compliance with company quality standards, guidelines, and software utilization.
• Manage smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners to support flawless program execution.
