Job summary

Tricon Switzerland SA in Mumbai invites you to join a global logistics team. You will manage product and documentation flow to customers and freight providers, maintain data in the TMS, and oversee import/export processes for traded goods.

Coordinate with internal teams on financial, credit, and compliance requirements, develop supplier relationships, track container movements, and issue shipping instructions. Requires English fluency, a Finance or Supply Chain degree, and 4+ years in logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in a TMS system (preferred).
• 4+ years of logistics or physical commodity movement experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and documentation (preferred).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and documentation flow to customers and freight providers for the region's physical trades.
• Maintain accurate data in the company's TMS system.
• Ensure efficient management of import and export customs processes for traded products.
• Identify process improvements, optimize performance, and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand financial, credit, and compliance requirements for individual trades.
• Communicate shipment details with local and international teams.
• Develop and manage relationships with service providers to ensure effective execution of containerized trade operations.
• Track container movement to and from ports to ensure timely shipments.
• Make freight bookings and submit shipping instructions, checking bills of lading online.
